It's more of a matter of putting in the time to do it. It's kinda hard without a dyno or setting up on the side of an empty straight somewhere. It's easy enough to ballpark the tune but I've never been properly satisfied with it so far so I've just got it set up overly rich to give good WOT high RPM power but it's bad fuel consumption and hurts the lower rpm a lot

Depends on the weight and size of the trailer, two dirtbikes is less than 500 lbs, you could pull that with a goldwing. If you have a small rail trailer you can take something pretty fucking small, I've done it with a 1.8 liter Rav4. But if you've got an enclosed trailer you'll need a truck or large SUV.
