these two files tell you:

In general, a car's sounds will be in a folder for its mod in /gamedata/sounds, and within that, a folder for the car. You'll want to copy all relevant folders, so use the .SFX file to make sure your car isn't calling for the shifting or backfire sounds from a completely different vehicle because you'll need to pick those sounds out too.

You can either edit the .gen or .sfx to make your own directory structure, or recreate it based on the files' parameters. You can also take this opportunity to modify sound mapping to your liking or add a custom horn.

In the end, your split car, when packed into its archive, should have a single Gamedata folder. Within that, Vehicles and Sounds folders, within the vehicle folder is a folder for the car and all its relevant data, and within the sounds folder is a folder full of WAV files.

I don't know if it's my wheel settings or something, but little slides feel impossible to recover. That crest always unsettled the car unless I was pinned to the right-hand side of the track and you can see the result yourself.

This was surprisingly disappointing.
Usually with URD mods the model and sounds are stellar, with the physics not being up to scratch. With the DW12 the physics are pretty acceptable, but the sounds are trash and the model is bare. It doesn't really sound anything like a DW12, plus it doesn't even have a sound for the rev limiter. The cockpit is completely missing all the dials and switches that aren't on the steering wheel, and the Chevy steering wheel is used for both the Chevy and the Honda.

With two race weekends complete, src_ej6 is asserting his dominance over the series with a 62 point advantage over second place. With just 18 points separating second and fourth place however, the fight for second place is a three-way battle between BlackDog, B P and Anon.

This weekend's race is the first city track of the series, so the confined track may challenge the drivers. If it proves too trying for them, Monaco may be reconsidered as the venue for round 6. Given the high quality of racing we've seen so far though, I don't foresee any major problems.

Qualifying is scheduled to start at 20:30 UTC, please join the event in good time so we can keep to the schedule.
