Couple things you can do.

Bypass loop. Wired like a true bypass pedal, but instead of leads running to and from a circuit board they runs to jacks. Pedals must be on before hand but one switch brings them all in.

If you never layer the pedals you can use 2 aby boxes.

Chinks have been getting better at building guitars in the past decade, having copied exactly all the Gibson's blueprints and shit. If anything the only thing that could be off is the finish regarding stained maple tops. Other than that you'd only notice a difference if you're a shitter that browses /gg/.

Of course it depends on what you're trying to get. Most LP copies are just fine while shit that's flashier is fucking terrible.

If you want a simple amp for home use, build a single-ended amp with one EL84 or 6V6 in the output stage. You can even use a 12AU7 as an output tube, there's a few 1 Watt amps that use Fender reverb transformers as output transformers and those can sound really good. Plus they're cheap, easy to build and reltively safe because of the lower HT voltage.

Tune the bass strings first, work up to the treble strings. I'm guessing you've got a tremolo bridge, those things lift as the string tension increases under tuning so tuning the treble strings up can make the bass strings go flat. Tune the bass strings, work across to the treble, repeat the whole process at least three times and it'll get closer each time.

And if you really want it to stay in tune, put five springs in the trem and screw the trem claw in so the crappy trem doesn't move at all. Nothing of value will be lost.

Also look at designs using tubes like an ECL82 which are a preamp triode and output pentode in a single tube. Very easy to build a simple single-ended amp with those. You can always add a gain stage before the triode if you want more overdrive.
