thanks anon should keep me going for a good while !
What's that type of indian classical music that's rythmic and improvisational? It was basically like jazz with indian instruments. I remember hearing it 2 years ago and it was way wavy
Thoughts on this millennial music critic?
>>74768449
can he summon wolves yet or what? he's been working on it for like a full fucking decade.
>>74768449
I'd rather just him than with Kulap
but pic related terrifies me
>>74768449
His podcast went crazy downhill after the election. What kind of dumb motherfucker who made his whole career on focusing on living a carefree summah says that summah is over now
Pull me closer
Let me hold you in
Give me the deeper understanding of who I am

He's single-handedly saving rock music.

LIKE AN OCEAN IN BETWEEN THE WAVES
It’s the impossible sweep and grandeur of the music that tells the real story, of how a rush of sound can take us somewhere we can’t explain.
how does he keep doing it?
no competition so he can get away with everything
>>74798169
this lol
>>74798160
Sucking? I don't know. He use to be real good.
he's dead anon
>>74768385
Because he's pointing at us

Last I heard researching the speed which a crematorium can burn through a body Then, Nothing.
If Brockhampton did not have the LGBT shtick, it would be considered generic pop rap and have no impact whatsoever. They aren't breaking any new ground, and adding a few lines that say "I'm gay" isn't revolutionary in any way. The beats are lame and I seriously don't see how anyone can be honest with themselves and say "I like this"
I'm gay, so I can say that btw
>>74768275
The only reason I listen to BROCKHAMPTON is because I like their music, the gay lines catch me off guard a little bit sometimes.
Also I'm homophobic so I can say that.
>>74768275
>"I'm gay" isn't revolutionary in any way
Really?
>The beats are lame
Bitch what??
I'm on a musical journey. I want to discover all the good music that i am missing out on.
I'm already into all kinds of jazz
Same for metal
Starting to get into stuff like dnb and breakcore
post a genre and why you like it
noise
you have to be open minded. just accept and embrace it. It is one of my favorite types of music
Broken Beat
A perfect culmination of breaks + jazz + funk + soul with crisp modern production and a lush underlying groove
Delta blues & bluegrass
I was going to get Google Play Music because you can upload your own songs and you can download more obscure stuff from YouTube. Is there any incentive to use Apple Music or Spotify?
>>74768175
GPM would be good if I actually got the benefits of YTR in Canada.
But usually the app is buggy, laggy and rather ugly. So Spotify is the best one so far. (Even though it's not that good looking either, at least it works)
Apple Music is mostly good for it's exclusive content and how well it works on iOS. If you don't care about or/and have an Android, go for Spotify or GPM.
>>74768353
Oh I should also mention you can also upload your own music on Spotify. It's just that you have to do it by computer.
Yeah I just started the free trial for this and am looking for tips or whatever to maximize my enjoyment out of this. Never used any other except free spotify, which I hated.
>>74768419
you can for GPM
This is one of the most well arranged/produced albums I've ever heard. Maybe not quite at Pet Sounds/Aja tier, but he's getting close. I think he has the potential to hit that level on the next one.
The whole thing is just so lush and gorgeous. The arrangements are perfect and it never sounds muddy, even with close to a dozen instruments playing in the mix at once on some tracks.

bumpin
It is great
It's no art angels but it's pretty close
What's wrong with disco?
>>74768153
Gays and niggers
>>74768209
literally this, the meme is rooted in white supremacy
>>74768153
It got far too big for its own good. It was just wall-to-wall Disco for too many years and it just got on everyone's nerves in the end. It's great to listen back to in the small dose of an album or a singular club night, but it just became so pervasive that it's no surprise there was an inevitable backlash.
STOP THE POP !
LISTEN TO SCHOENBERG !
I don't listen to hacks.
>>74768085
As if Schoenberg wasn't.
le jazz man
It's better than Veckatimest.
>>74768075
no its not. it's their worst besides horn of plenty and it's not even close
it's just a Grizzly Bear album. Nothing special about it besides like 2 songs but also nothing bad besides 2 songs, like every album they have ever made
>>74768075
It very well could be but that won't make me give a fuck about it.
Bohemian Rhapsody is a good song.
>>74768018
yes
ebyam
Why are Kanye's mixtapes completely ignored?
Because 99% of them are garbage.
>>74767961
I miss Kanyes Japanese phase.
