I listened to that Low Roar album the other day. It pissed me off. It's not bad or anything but it's clearly made by a guy who listens to Sigur Ros and Radiohead too much. The "I moved to Iceland and made this sad album" narrative is hilariously contrived too.

Yeah the narrative is a little over the top. But I enjoyed it for what it was. It's definitely not gonna top anybody's personal charts but I think I will revisit it when I feel in a folksy mood.
