I think the real question here is simple.

How does it compare with Baby Cakes? Is it better, or worse, or equal?

I liked it a little more but over-all,
but Baby Cakes has much better premise and reason to exist.
This episode has some fun animation, absolutely great Spike and music.

Imo, the ideal world would merge the execution of this episode with the premise and purpose oft Baby Cakes and we'd get a really good episode.

Making babies laugh, spending time with little girls and play wrestling with little brothers is nice. Even to this day, I have nephews and nieces I sometimes babysit. How does a pony *officially* changing cutiemark works though, theoretically? Do we claim that New Nurseheart was retroactively the one who used to appear in older episodes with a "wrong" cutiemark?
