It was Brown coat and beige mane, but that was ugly (fitting for a drunk like him) so there was a redesign that, oddly enough, is the same as Misty. I'm terrible at designs. This was made a long time ago using discount photoshop on a tablet. Part of the reason I haven't tried to start my quest back up is I'd feel bad about how I'd most likely run like two threads to finish up the in-between part I left off on and then fuck off for at least another three months as I shift into the new schedule of episodic chapters I planned to do. I'd skip forward to the start of the next chapter but then it'd read weird in the archive and miss a few things I had planned on doing.

The problem is I'd be coming back and then in all likelihood leaving again really quickly, because I don't yet really have the time or mental fortitude to commit to running the quest right now. It would feel like I was doing it on a technicality, only to say I totally wasn't dead, even though I clearly am. And as much as I love Nips I don't want to share in his scheduling reputation.

Besides, I said it was only part of the reason, so there's more holding me back than just that. And only some of them are mental/self-imposed.

I'll tell you right now that I don't give a shit why most of the QMs run. If Pyrefly came back for two threads just to prove he's not dead, that's great. It means I get to play a quest I like. Two threads is more than enough to feel like a solid update even if he vanished for months again.

Nips is shit because when he comes back after months he leaves two images and ten posts.

If you can't do it then you can't do it, but I promise you no one cares about why you can, only that you can, if you can.
