It could be interesting, but something with that scale ( i imagine a civ style gameplay) i imagine would get kinda dry and boring to run with this medium. It has to run with some sort of "action", something with tangible affects. Like maybe you're a or diplomat and the system revolves around a sort of la noir interrogation or discussion, trying to win people and other diplomats over. Maybe while that's not happening it could be like, you're investigating certain things that'd help diplomatic talks go in your favor, like information you didn't have before or something.

I was thinking about letting players take direct control of sent spies/diplomats/merchants with secret goal/priests/ literally whatever from time to time to make things more about talking and less about numbers. Actually, numbers and system heavy gameplay is a thing I don't really like and I was thinking more about dialogues and problems with some numbers on side instead of real strategy game.
