Colt Quest: Emerald has just learned that he has a demon in his amulet that is slowly corrupting his soul. Also he has sent a letter to demon hunters detailing about his evil step-parents while trying to hide from said hunters due to his amulet.

Semantic Error: Cold File has survived a terrible drug withdrawal and has had his home broken into by a mystery mare. He then went on a jog and discovered a old friend beaten and unconscious in the park.

These are two quests that I've played that have had some really interesting stuff happen lately.

I know those quests, hell I see some of them to the end and how emotional they got. The problem is that quest the rely on gets or has anon in it tend to not be as popular now then they did back then. So if your friend is interested to get back into CYOA, they should at lest give it a shot.

Well, as someone who do follow the current trend, its just that nowadays, this kind of fast paced dubs decide quests is pretty much dead.
This was back when a quest lasted a single thread and died off. Nowadays quests are long running and greentext threads like the sunset or domination are more just story threads and doesn't have any real interaction.

So I don't know if the rest of the board would catch up to this style. Although one of the perkz is that quest reply shitposting is almost nonexistent now.

It might be if I tried running them all at once, but I don't. I only did that on my 3-year anniversary in March; THAT got a bit hectic. Other than that, though, I only need to focus on one at a time on any given day. I just pull up the appropriate image folder and document that my notes are on, and I check back with them every time I forget something or need a color reference.

I don't know if I have much feedback on FIT specifically but I remember being really impressed with your word play, as well as the way you interact with your players. The art is great and that includes all three styles. The important thing for cartoon art is for it to convey a message or emotion (or just be funny) and you know how to do that even with a handful of pixels.

Your also really dedicated to your players and have been consistently doing this for a long time. I was thinking about CYOA being dead and which of the top QMs we had left when I wrote that. I mostly just wanted to show my appreciation because we probably all take you for granted at this point.

An auditory Holocaust, a plague of the very being, carried upon the cries and shouts of a red-and-green unicorn mare.

Ten minutes later, Holiday Special leaves her room, a little smile on her face.
