That's not how it works. "Card" for example only would be used to represent one Rider

Beetle and Watch also are part of the standard Full Bottles, not Rider ones. They could be used for a Rider one, like how Gaim is Orange/Lock. Orange is the Gaim one, Lock is a reused generic, or OOO is Medal/Hawk, with Medal being his Rider one, but Hawk is just reused. They'd need to be combined with an exclusive Rider full bottle, not another standard one.

Can we get a Super Robot Wars title for Kamen Rider/Tokusatsu?

Not some G Gen rip-off like other Banpresto Rider games, but a real fully-fledged SRW title with Kamen Riders where you can follow an actually engaging crossover story-line, switching Memories/Gashats/whatever between Riders, have interchangeable Rider Systems available for many people same way SRW allows you to switch pilots between robots etc.

I'm tired of shitty Climax/Battride stuff.
I'd rather have a decent 2D RPG than shitty PS2-level action game on a fucking PS4.

The good thing about multiple riders is if they have a gimmick of a sword or a gun they use it prominently. Brave only really attacked with his sword, snipe was a good gun rider and didn't resort to the stupid shit of hitting people with his gun rather he kicked for physical attacks. We got good physical fight scenes with Zabee and awesome overpowered gun work with Zolda.
