Never, just like Sentinel, Ecole du Ciel, Return of Johnny Ridden, Plot to Assassinate Gihren Zabi, Crossbone, Gaia Gear, Beltorchika's Children, Hathaway's Flash and whatever other manga, audio drama or game you want to get an adaptation. That's not how Sunrise works. They only animate exceptionally popular pre existing works that are recent or stuff they specifically release with an eye to animation. And Blue Destiny is none of those things.

I'm not all the way through it yet, and I like it, but I can see a few things that people would dislike. Namely:

1. Some of the designs are goofy, especially the motorcycle stuff.

2. There are so many character deaths so quickly that it becomes exhausting and predictable. I stopped bothering trying to remember the Shrike Team's names because I know that as soon as one of them starts getting lines that means she's dying this episode. When it feels like so many characters exist just to be cannon fodder you stop getting attached to them or caring when they die. I guess you could argue that this is thematically appropriate, as it's basically giving the audience shell shock, but it does get kind of old.

3. Shakti a shit. Katejina too.

4. It feels tonally disjointed. It goes from slapstick comedy to mourning the recently dead, to exciting battles, to yet another character death and then Winners Forever plays and every single thing feels completely inappropriate in relation to what was happening moments before.

That's pretty much what I got so far. I think the people who hate it are overselling how bad it is, but maybe I just haven't gotten to the bad parts yet.
