You're looking for in patient therapy, not necessarily a psyche ward. What state are you in or country? I might be able to really help with that if you're serious. I've been there when I was 16 to a place in upstate new york. I can say that despite the frustration I've always felt, they were friendly. I didn't know I was transgender when I was there. It was very difficult, but I have to imagine today it's only better. For sure the right place matters. I don't want you stress out needlessly. Suicide is a scary thought when you're not sure if you're even 'serious'. I hope things improve as you transition.

Its especially helpful for people with darker skin, because they naturally produce less vit D. I grew up in a country with sun pretty much all year round, then moved to a place where it rains pretty much all year. This hit me really hard, i take supplements tho and they help a ton. Mass is a fucking great state relative to the answers yo could have dropped. Mass is really fucking great... I don't off hand know the clinic name or what insurance deals are, but we'll chat at tomorrow. They're not going to like lock you up or anything for feeling this way. Desperate isn't fun, but thankfully they have resources.
