Anons talked about this a few threads back. Testosterone essentially affects you all your life giving you more masc features. Estrogen stops that but for women they hit menopause and end up looking like old ladies. Most old trannies only look old because they started in their 40s to 50s like retards, when you've got the right E:T levels and can't hit menopause you might as well be a vampire.

Wish I bothered to save some of the examples that were posted. There were some real qts in their 30s.

Your body needs to get used to cold water first. If you've never been in cold water before you'll probably want to die the first few times. It's easier to get used to cold showers/baths if you're a swimmer for instance.
