I totally get that. I have days where I wish I had never chosen to start and feel really out of place. I guess the point of that post was to help you remember that you can always quit whenever. It shouldn't be something that makes you feel like shit. Being self aware is usually the best precaution towards having those feelings. If I ever get angry or feel like I'm going to cry I step away for a couple of mins and just remember why I'm feeling that way and let it go. How long have you been on mones for?

Personally I'm highly against Cypro as it's reputation is nuking the shit out of your balls. Even though you get a better attitude out of it, to me the cost isn't really worth the gain. You should stay on Spiro if possible. Spiro can really drain sometimes on your body, but Cypro pretty much makes you infertile permanently. Maybe try switching up to 6mg of Estro instead. I used to be on 4 until a month ago and I've become a much happier person on 6mg. If you wanna be able to fap more than once I find using a toy like an onahole to really make it easier, and if you're attracted to girls still it'll usually gets you pretty big and gets the job done fast. I do it once in the morning and once at night. I'm not sure if you feel the same way but a lot of the time I feel physically worn out after just one go so spacing it out makes it easier for my body to take.

I'm going to do a month-long trial run with bicalutamide, raloxifene and a dose on the smaller end of estrogen. Is this long enough to get a sense of what it's like? I don't think permanent 'damage' would easily happen on these even if I kept at it longer.

Well if you feel better then that's good for sure. Just know that you still have to be careful about drinking on both cypro and spiro. You have to drink a fuck ton to make it a real problem though but it can slow down the process.
