but the thing is, it is not a permanent solution. So you have to use it untill u die (or until your hormones balances out, or until you figure out what food causes your acne, if any). And, I have acne on my face, back, ass cheeks, upper legs, chest, upper arms/shoulders. So I would have to spend 2 hours and probably 10-20 dollars a day to do the acne.org regimen (benozyl peroxide+moisturizer).

And worse is, I used it a year ago on my face like for 3-4 months. And I had constant red skin while I was using it. Guess what happened? I stopped using it and now I still have redness on my face. It fucking looks like I have a sunburn and around my eyes are white as a milk, it look likes I sunbathed while wearing aviator glasses.

I will start spironalactone next week, that's literally my only hope.

Only things that worked for me so far: daily exercising (cycling it is), eating clean (plant based), eating moderately (dont stuff your face with 10 bananas at breakfast)

What you need to do is get a tretinoin gel, a softer cleanser, a vitamin C serum, broad spectrum 50 SPF water-based sunscreen, and a weak moisturizer. Eat less polyunsaturated veg oils (i.e. all of them except olive or coconut). Soybean oil, canola oil, etc... all shit. Fried foods from restaurants are made in the worst, rancid PUFA oils. Do not eat them either. Eat more leafy greens like collard, mustard, turnip greens and kale, and make sure you use some fat when you do to absorb the vitamins. Finasteride at least slow downs or stops hair loss. Regrow is rare and if there is regrow it's on the crown or a bit all over, but it just doesn't do anything on the hairline even maybe stop the receding with a lot of luck.

It seems like saw palmetto is kind of like finasteride in that it prevents conversion of testosterone into DHT. So there will be more testosterone since it's not getting converted. Lots of people use finasteride or dutasteride on HRT so it shouldn't be a problem as long as a strong antiandrogen is in use, which looks like spearmint tea here.
