I'm taking estradiol valerate 1ml/10mg IM'd weekly for like 3 weeks and cycle with tamoxifen for a week when signs of breast growth appear. It definitely helps by the end of the week the sensitivity is reduced and the buds are a little flatter. I'll probably switch tamoxifen for raloxifene in the future because there are either fewer side effects or its safer can't remember atm.
