So to answer your question, it's just the standard tranny dose of 200mg spiro and 4mg estradiol. Also on 1mg fin and using minoxidil to touch up my hairline, though it's not too bad. I think I'm paying about $80 ish a month for all of it. And I don't think the estrogen causes fat gain per se, but it does lower your TDEE and will cause you to lose muscle more rapidly (which actually might convert to fat idk) if you aren't eating a bunch of protein/working out.
