Depends what you want to take, i only really know about spiro and progynova. if you want to start of slow you should start with 100mg spiro and 2mg progynova daily, but if you really just kind of want to get into it then do 200mg spiro and 4mg progynova daily. If you feel it still isnt high enough you can up your dosage of progynova. This is all based on my own findings and theres probably better alternatives to spiro and progynova though.
