Step 1: Eat less and eat healthy
Healthy food is good. and after a couple of weeks of eating right you will adjust and not have urges. NO MORE SODAS! Diet is like 60% of losing weight.
Step 2: Aquire a cheap but decent treadmill and start using it at least 5 days out of the week. Add other workouts like squats and other tyhings that will tone the booty. Or even start riding a bike! Biking is fun!
Step three: Start HRT and start eating healthy fats and your fat will redistrubute to a nice womanly curves. DO IT.
