I'd say dysphoria is the pain associated with rapidly being pulled back into reality, like when I was little and id hang out with a group of girls at dance class, and all of a sudden I couldn't any more because I was a boy, and then later I opened my dresser and found all my dance stuff gone. Or more recently, telling my mom some guy with a kid and a wedding band hit on me, and have her tell me I look nothing like a woman.

to me its the pain this constant back and forth causes, and I guess it would be like a girl who has an average body, but constantly feels like she's fat, and has people randomly treat her like she's severely obese, and at other times has people treat her like she's fragile and going to break if you look at her.
