how much does hrt affect hair growth/pigment?

im getting an appointment for informed consent soon and hair is my biggest issue/hatred

super thick and dark on my legs, butt, stomache and chest. shaving stomach and chest works ok, leg hair stubble is visible again in 24 hours (werewolf), cheeks are fine but the WORST is chin/lip, which are PERMANENTLY visible, even if 100% smooth it's visible under the skin or something

Anyone here ever wonder how they managed to live with looking like the way they did before hrt or anything? Found few rare pictures from a year ago (only months before hrt) I mean i knew i looked shit, felt shit, but i just was delusional enough to deal with it just long enough to get on hrt.
If i had seen myself like i see my oldself now, i would have killed myself that moment.

The only reason I ever got my hair cut in my life before I graduated HS was because I had to for school (Catholic schools hate it when you have longer hair apparently). I guess it depends where you went to school. I grew up in the South so they probably cared more (couldn't go past my ears in length). But when I went to HS in California they said as long as it didn't touch the collar of our polos, they didn't care. And even then they were pretty lax and it was rarely enforced.
