im not sure how else to clarify the difference between the two. IMO CH is better for target shooting but not quite as fast for quick shooting. chevron is very fast but not as easy to be precise with in my experience. chevron is a very minimal reticle, CH is busier but I wouldnt call it cluttered at all. i like the CH so much im looking for a ta01nsn for my m4 to go full block 1

Nice, I've been tempted to pick up a TA01 as well and save the ECOS for my goochie build. But then I don't know what I'd do with my T1 and whether or not I'd want to buy a separate lower for a mk18 or do a full on A4 build.

I actually have it because I think it's more rigid than a drop in handguard, which I like. Plus it gives me longer sight radius and more accessory mounting options. And it doesn't heat up as fast under sustained fire.

okay m&p fag back because no one responded last night.

Should I get a free float for my M&P if I intend on keeping the front sight base? I don't want to dump a ton of money into a hand-guard. Is there any place blowing out decent dickmods for cheap since it got BTFO by keymod? Or should I just get some drop in ones that aren't the cheap CAR heatshieldless handguards that came with it?

I have a trs25 and only found out I had astigmastism from looking at it inside. I just went out like you said and even without glasses it looks pretty clear, so I'll take a second look at red dots.

Does anyone have suggestions for slightly higher than bottom of the barrel red dots? I thought I heard some good things about holosun, but never bothered looking into red dots besides seeing them on sale. First, "milspec" gets thrown around way too much and is too often completely misunderstood. It does not signify the highest durability or quality, it means that it meets the basic military specifications required of it.

The SOCOM profile barrel is not the best, I'd keep your LW barrel, and I see no reason to get a RAS/RIS II barrel unless you really really wanted to clone.

I'd honestly just get a new stock and be happy with it. Maybe replace the keymod with mlok or quad rails down the road. But your rifle is fine.
