It became useless for acquiring new things, but I'm still glad I have it because the original purpose (being able to borrow suppressors to family and trusted friends) still stands.

But 41F really blew my purchasing plans out of the water. I was planning on buying one suppressor in 2016, and more this year and next, but instead I put myself in economic hardship to buy basically my entire wish list in one go (just the stamps cost me $1,800 last June), and I ended up compromising on some of the features I wanted because I had to buy what was in stock.

Two things I didn't buy but might buy on an individual basis in the future, a 40mm grenade rifle/M79, and semiautomatic copy of a M1A1 (Anti Material, anti artefact aircraft gun chambered in 37x223SR and fed by 5 round clips).

Still not sure. Went at talked to the in house machine shop guys at work, and they're weren't much help either. Said something similar to you about 6-40.

The bottom line is that I found screws at Fastenal that were called 6-32 and they thread in just fine. The only issue with them is that they were too long (or the holes in the slide were drilled too shallow), they're high visibility stainless steel, and they're fucking phillips drive.

I talked to Adams Arms on the phone but so far their customer service is proving to be abysmal. They hinted that this wasn't the first time they've heard of this issue, but they didn't explain past that. They were supposed to send me an email today to start the warranty process (tons of other issues with the slide), but I still haven't gotten an email.

So the mystery on the threads is still out. I might try chasing the threads with a 6-32 tap by hand, but I also don't want to fuck up my ability to get it warrantied.

It is a shame because I actually really like the pistol.

What advantages do you mean? I called Trijicon, the guy was nice and informative, he said the opposite of what us generally held as truth, that he thinks the Chevron is more precise a reticle than the CH. His reason is that the CH's 1 MOA lines cover too much of the target and the reticle is too cluttered. I don't remember everything he said, but that's the gist. He did agree with you about BAC being fine for both due to the dual illumination, but Chev might be a little faster due to less clutter. Do you agree or disagree?

I love my PSA midlength, I think you did good. For a lower, unless you like MOE furniture, just get he classic lower. It's the cheapest so if you want different furniture, you're not too invested in it. If you want the MOE shit, then just get he MOE lower in the color you want. I will say I got the MOE lower, got tired of the MOE stock ripping out my beard, switch to the classic furniture, got burnt out, didn't listen and got a B5 Bravo, finally came to my senses and got the SOPMOD. Add it to your wishlist and it will display the current pricing on file. Is this a quality build? I know dsa is know for fals bit what about ar15s. Read some good stuff on forums but still noob to this

This is only upper I can find that has free float handguards that's 15in and same time chrome lined barrel.

I looked at psa but neither barrels are chrome lined for their free float handguard uppers.

In total this will cost $690 without iron sights.

I really want my gun to look like the radical ar15 pictured but without the bullshit qc I read and non chrome lined barrel.

Is this dsa build going to be better then a ruger ar556 or sporter 2?

It has the 15 inch handguard which I need to to get the full size sight radius basically the handguard has to reach the end of barrel like in the picture n other picture in my post.

The only problem with this one is that it doesn't have chrome lined barrel which to me is very important since I will be mag dumping like crazy.


This why I'm stuck with the dsa upper since it has the 15 inch free float guards which kinda reaches the end of barrel and a chrome line barrel. I just need to know how bad they are.

I am a retard and bought a M&P 15 sport 2 like a year and a half ago for $500. I haven't even shot it since I don't want to go to the faggy indoor range and I'm moving so I never bothered to sign up for the outdoor ranges with like year wait times. I got a MOE stock, silent sling, carry handle and ergo grip on it, should I bother putting a free float on it or should I just build a rifle since more gun is always the answer.

It's a solid rifle and if you want to upgrade the rail and stock it would be a good little gun to do it to Imo. If you're wanting to change a lot more stuff like the barrel and gas system then I'd just get another.

What I'd REALLY do is upgrade it AND get another rifle

I thought about this for a while since it's about the same price as some new drop in ones and should fit with the FSB. I heard OEM's (ruger idk?) source their handguards for rifles so I heard they are decent and they are USA made. Or maybe get one that wraps around the FSB.
