In Michigan there is no provision for private "gun free" zones in the law. It's not a legally binding sign, and if you're properly ccing then they wont have any idea anyways. The only thing is that if they do notice and ask you to leave as a result then you have to leave or you're trespassing, but that applies to basically any business.
