4oz more than the triangle. This is a Russian folder, not sure how the Arsenal poly folder would compare but I imagine it's fairly close.

Fun fact, I once saw a guy at a gun show selling those little rubber knobs that come with AKs to prevent the charging handle from punching through the packaging as "Charging Handle Extenders".

>>
>>33457242
I like it alot. Takes a normal AA, not some oddball fuck battery. Battery life is supposed to be 3600 hours i think. Lines up dead center with your irons. Only downside to me is the weight.
>>33457266
That's less than half the base price. Either hes retarded or your bullshitting.
>>
>>33457249
It's a mild annoyance, but if you're on a budget it's still a solid optic. I got mine for $130 and consider it money well spent.

Prices are generally similar last I checked. It being significantly lighter and just as durable while being a similar price is what makes it a winner, IMO. It's sleeker, too.

I have a few questions friends. Is Golden Tiger 7.62x39 still good to go? Heard a while back in an old thread (like, a few months ago) that their QC had dropped, but no evidence was given.

Is the battle setting, 25m zero a meme or actually effective for 7.62x39, or should I just go with 100m setting/100m zero?

How do I get a wooden buttstock out of my Wasr? It's stuck so tightly in the rifle I can't budge it an inch. Don't want to beat it to death like I've seen some people suggest, since it's a surplus Romy "G" stock.

Thanks in advance!
>>

here's how I got mine out.
-take off dust cover, remove recoil spring and rod
-take out buttstock screws
-stick something wooden or metal down into the receiver and put it up against the end of the buttstock (the part that sticks into the receiver)
-hit the end of the piece of metal or wood with your hammer
-it will push out the buttstock, and if it kind of dings it up a little it won't be noticeable because it is normally inside the gun.

I used an old piece of dowel rod I had laying around that was around 3/4 inch thick and 7 or 8 inches long.
>>
>>33457662
Kalinka had a customer return. Not covered by the warranty and the previous owner kept the adjustment tools so that was annoying, but otherwise it's been gtg.

>>33457669
I think it's about a $100 difference. Still going back and forth on which I want, but since my tax refund was larger than expected I might go big.
>>
>>33457741
Welp, well if you ever upgrade, I wouldn't mind taking that PK-06 off your hands :^)

We know about it because he came here to shill all his guns that he needed to sell because he fell down the stairs and broke a bunch of teeth and his laptop.

We found it hilarious because he is constantly shilling his sale ads here and has done it on multiple other AK discussion forums, including reddit, who ran him off for doing nothing but hawking his wares.

We don't need to stalk him. He never shuts up.

Hey, I just recently decided to buy my first firearm, and I've always been interested in AK pattern rifles. I'm not exactly rich, so my options have been quite limited as i've been looking around, but Atlantic Arms is having a sale right now on Riley Defense AKs. I was just curious if any of you have owned/fired one, and if it'd be worth the 500$ that they're asking for one.

Bought Nioh when it came out, was fun but it felt like it really lacked something, never beat it even though I absolutely love Dark Souls. Felt way too floaty I guess? Dark Souls 2 was my favorite so I like the slower stuff to be fair

I didn't really like the demo much, it lacked the comfy atmosphere that I love about DS/BB

I want to be a white samurai roaming through warring states Nippon killing yokai but without the overly grimdark stuff. It just didn't strike a chord with me, idk.

I really liked the stance system, one of the things that bugged me about DS was that you had to change weapons completely to switch styles, and I was always stingy with titanite

You've got Horizon right Chimps? How do you like it?

Airshow in Brunswick Fri-Sun. Blue Angels were out and a bunch of other cool stuff. I think they were heading your way next.
>>

I was actually hoping for something more along the lines of samurai champloo plus yokai

>>33467453
I would say Horizon is a solid 8.5/10, it's very highly polished with very few technical bugs and performs great on the PS4 thanks to the Decima engine. There's a few things I take issue with like how the entire game is based around bow combat but the arrows don't drop at all and will actually track the point you were aiming at. But it kind of has to be that way because the combat revolves around hitting weak points of fast moving targets. Melee combat is relatively ineffective and basically an accessory to the projectile combat.

The main quest line is pretty intriguing if you haven't been spoiled. It's much more rooted in reality than just being a fantasy robo-dino world. The main quest line is pretty short though, especially compared to Witcher 3. There is enough side content to keep you busy if you get into it. I'm at almost 50 hours now and have not yet completed the game although I probably will finish it tonight.

Also, it's a pisseasy platinum.

I've bought 7, they were all refinished, in good condition, with small negligible dents here and there. One has a follower that gets stuck 2/3 of the way down. Only one out of the seven had this problem. Paint used to refinish is kind of thick, a couple were tight or wouldn't lock in at all, had to do some sanding on the magazines rear lug, now they lock in fine. Some were hard to disassemble, I chalk it up to the thick refinishing paint. It has a glossy black look btw, in case that matters. Hope this helps. Pic related.

I've been replaying Witcher 3 since I never beat it when it first came out. Forgot how good it was even though the combat is kind of bland. I'll probably pick up Horizon later down the road, don't really play my PS4 too often, only really have it for Bloodborne/Last of Us/Nioh.

How hard is it to convert a Draco to an underfolder? As long as it has the underfolder trunnion of course

Why does no one make a copy of the ak9 handguard? I can't see how it isn't something that a lot of people would want. Slim look of a regular handguard with rails for accessories. I really want one but don't want to spend $100+ for a set.

It is definitely a worthwhile used rack purchase if you already have a PS4. I haven't had any mindblowingly fun moments in my 50 hours but I haven't been bored for much of that time either.

As for the draco, I don't really know, sorry. Ask MSD, he's done it

Question about my PSOP 8x42 scope, specifically for the elevation knob goes up to 80 instead of the 20 that most other ones go. Does anyone know where I can find a guide for this specific one? I had found one a long time ago but I cannot remember the forum post for it. All I remember was once you zeroed it at 100yards, you set it to 11, I am trying to find what numbers I need to set the elevation to for each 100 yards.

>How hard is it to convert a Draco to an underfolder? As long as it has the underfolder trunnion of course

They all have the underfolder trunnion.
Whether or not it's a "virgin" or cutout like the Draco-Cs are is a different matter.

If it's virgin, you'll need to mill the trunnion out and cut out the holes in the receiver for the stock, not exactly something everyone is setup to do.

If it's a C, you'll just have to cut out the receiver holes, which some have done with just a dremel and files.

speaking of charging handles...

I'm left-handed, when I try to carry my Vepr slung, the charging handle and safety selector dig into my chest/belly because that is the side of the rifle against my body when slung

shit sucks, yo. not sure if there's anything I can do - I imagine it wouldn't hurt so much if I was wearing plate armor or a chest rig or whatever, but then the safety and charging handle would be tearing up the fabric of the plate carrier or chest rig, etc.

what's a lefty-fag to do, /k/ ?
>>
>>33468749
get an after market nub for the changing handle or change the way you carry it

>How hard is it to convert a Draco to an underfolder?
You have to replace the rear trunnion with an underfolder trunnion and cut out the underfolder clearances in the receiver. If you manage to get a Draco-C, you won't have to replace the trunnion.
>>
>>33468661
>Whether or not it's a "virgin"
You're going to have to school me on how a 'virgin' underfolder trunnion is not the same thing as a blank trunnion.
>>
>>33469584
It is a blank trunnion.
It's virgin, because it hasn't been cut out.
But the shape of underfolder trunnions is different than a standard fixed stock trunnion.

>>
>>33470379
It's an Stg58 type brake, they're just long. Trueblackanon has one with a real Stg58 brake too. The threads are close to the end, this is actually a 21 inch barrel that escaped DSA's cut downs, so think of it more close to a sleeve. I need to get a combo put on it

>>33470280
Thanks, it's super comfy too, SOPMOD stock lines up perfectly for me to see through the irons so I'm ready to see what a lowmount Aimpoint will feel like. Most of the weight is to the rear too so it feels almost like a bullpup aside from the length

How much are unregistered full auto AK's worth?

I was looking online and ones that are registered can go for $15,000 but I saw a comment that if it is unregistered they are good for nothing but parts and wouldn't go for more than $400.

Hypothetically, if I were to just have came into possession of one should I return it? Can I go and register it or did it have to be registered before 1986??
