It was for counter balance. I changed optic because you cant really do acog + nod easily. Now its far forward and I am using an aimpoint

Eh, kinda hard to say. You're essentially paying for a warranty, since it's hard to fuck up an AR build. I've had two DD(V5lw and V7) rifles, and they both had an odd problem with their pistol grips. Every grip of mine refused to fit, and I had to do some filing to make them fit, and have the grip line up with the hole on the lower.

No other AR of mine had this problem. Just the two Daniels. Been well over a year since I've had them, so I wonder if that's been fixed, or if I was just unlucky to have gotten that problem twice.

That issue aside though, actual function was 100%.

You should rush science and expand as fast as you can while building as many corporation wonders as you can, if you feel too rich and powerful you can always spread the wealth by trading some shares to the lesser civs.

When you feel that you are ready, build up a massive army and park it on a neighboring civ's border. The neighboring civ will see you as a threat and start building up their military, as long as you keep your army on their border they will continue to produce units. Eventually the neighboring civ will fill their lands and have their own units bordering another civ next to them, starting a never ending arms race.

Have fun and build lots of nukes, you will need them. If you get bored, or if want to cut a rival down to size while maintaining friendly relations, you can lure them into a proxy war (pay someone to declare war on your rival and gift them a ton of advanced units), Be careful though, proxy wars don't always work out the way you'd hope.
