La rue MBT vs G2S trigger

MBT by a huge, huge margin. G2S is a basic bitch entry level 2 stage trigger and the MBT is one of the best 2 stages currently available.

I had a G2S. I bought a Ruger Elite trigger which felt better so I sold the G2S. And the Ruger wasn't a stellar trigger. When the MBT came out I bought one on discount to try and found it wildly superior to the Ruger and G2S. I had an SSA-E a few years ago which is about the same feel and weight as an MBT but with a less distinct staging wall than the MBT, which makes the MBT better in my opinion. I also have a RRA NM 2 Stage tuned by White Oak and a Geissele Hi Speed DMR, both of which are excellent, crisp, first rate triggers which are a joy to shoot, and both of which have breaks I would rank slightly worse than the MBT. The only thing the MBT does not have, and this means you can't call it the best trigger ever made, is adjustability. The break, wall and reset are absolutely untouchably perfect. The MBT's weight, pre-travel and over-travel are things people are free to judge good or bad, but they do not change the break, and the break is all that really matters. "Good" pull weight is just what you're used to, and in my opinion pre-travel and over-travel don't matter in a two stage trigger used for precision shooting. Bill Geissele agrees.

tl;dr Get an MBT and join in shilling.
