What did you think of Akihito-chan's address?

You're supposed to address the Emperor of Japan as Tenno, or Tenno Heika, or Kinjo Heika. Calling him "Akihito-chan" is considered disrespectful and slightly more insulting than kicking him in the nuts.

Yeah but Akihito-chan is cuter.
>>15653896
Rare; and in all honesty HIM Tenno has prepared the ground well for the final acts of this the Heisei era.
Feelio when Mako and Kako grew up
>>15654065
Soon to be Heisei Tenno apparently.

Where is Su-metal ?
Why does it matter if he breaks Constitution by involving in politics by recommending a policy of abdication procedures, can they force a new Family?
>>15653896
If someone makes a moe anime remake with akihito as a cute girl I'll consider watching it.
>>15654246
you would watch piss and shit personified as moe girls, sex deprived friendo
>>15654246
never going to happen as it would be as a gross disrespect to HIM Tenno, there are laws to prevent even manga depiction as they stand, and it would not be in good taste either for the Japanese audiences.

Green one is WIDE
Why a monarchy that has been going on for 1400 years* doesn't contemplate the possibility of an abdication, considering they already had a disabled emperor** not very long ago?
*Implying the role of the emperor was recognized at all until the Taika reforms
**Taisho Tennou, in case you forgot

Cultural role, I can respect it more than the British queen concept.
I don't know if it's true, but at the news they said that about half of the Emperors of Japan abdicated for one reason or the other, it's not something that happened only twice like with the Pope, so I don't see why it should bring up a scandal
