Every single thing about this piece is so wrong. There's really no point in picking out individual things to critique. It'd be easier to tell you what you got right, but there isn't anything there.

What o would suggest however is that you first study proportions and the anatomy of a forward facing human male & female. Learn how the body looks in the simplest pose possible. Then try drawing front facing people with an arm jutting out to the side. Head turned sideways. Leg swung outwards. Etc.. Then do humans in side view, and continue from there.

Skin tones are flat. Skin is not just beige/brown, even someone who's asian, it has colors, and it reflects colors. There are cool colors, and warm colors, and using those helps build the illusion of volume. Skin in different parts of the body has more capillaries than others, like the face, so there's more blood under the skin, so you get more pinks and reds.

The pose is okay (the source is ridiculous, we get it, boobs), now learn to blend, use the right colors for skin, and do the next level of detail by actually rendering the surfaces and hair, and refining shapes and edges.

The background is much too bright, it's fighting with the figure for attention, creating an uncomfortable tension between the real focus, and the background. Use more of a neutral color, like a pale ochre.
