I've just drawn an eye, any suggestions. Trying to draw elements of a face in realistic detail and fast.

It is a symbolic drawing, not accurate to a real eye at all. Drawing a shitty inaccurate representation "fast" is not improving your art.
The sticky gives you advice on how to stop drawing symbolicly. READ IT.
Your iris is smoothed on the bottom.
Your line weight is too constant, non pressure sensitive soft circle brush is shit tier digital.
The browser is too low, they would have hairy eye socket.
You have no grasp of how skin folds around the sphere of the eye, the zygomatic arch, or any other ocular anatomy.
It's bad. Do more basic shapes practice.
