set the default download folder in qbittorrent then take all the downloaded files and put them in the default download folder, then take every .torrent file and put them in a different folder and set the watch folder in qbittorrent to that folder. if you did it right it should autoload all the torrents and start verifying everything. if it starts downloading then you fucked up somewhere. watch it and make sure.
