Yes, but honestly get yourself an iptorrents account. An invite should not be too hard to come across and seed from there. Another idea is to try to join alpha ratio and use it for cross seeding.

The problem you are going to face is cross seeding really only works for movies and games and even movies drop off because of most of the higher level sites have their own encodes.

Your best bet would be to start from MaM if you don't want to pay for a seed box or fill request. If you are willing to pay Red is the best route.

let's start with a basic heirarchy:
user
power user
elite

everyone that joins our imaginary tracker starts as a user. after meeting some criteria (see below) they'll be promoted to power user. this grants them access to things that normal "user" class members don't have access to. eventually you can be promoted to "elite" which gives you all the access a non-admin of the site can have

criteria for user class promotion can include: total snatches, downloaded data, uploaded data, uploads, forum posts, irc lines, seeding size (both as HDD capacity and torrent count)

rewards at various classes can include: access to site's log.php, top 10 page, user class restricted forums (these are almost universally deserts, but hey they exist), invite forums (used to invite people FROM that tracker TO other trackers), exclusive class IRC rooms, site customizations (avatars, titles etc.)
