if you want to get into private tracker, you need to start somewhere. MAM, RED and APL all have interviews to get in. No invite necessary. The invites on all 3 are easy and have a study page. From there you can get into more competitive trackers but you'll need to be on MAM, RED or APL a while to prove you're worthy of an invite.
