Pro has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM

Pro is the way to go, you end up paying about the price of a 16GB MicroSD card more for half the RAM again and double the storage.

I'd say yes but it's all a matter of personal choice.
If you have a metal backed phone I'd highly recommend you get one, metal things on the Xiaomi banks tend to scratch each other. If you like holding both the bank and your phone when its charging I'd recommend one again because it'll stop them both sliding everywhere. Lots of the covers also have cable holders which I find useful.
