I got a few questions wrong on my interview and I still passed however, I only fucked up on some of the rules but knew my transcoding and torrenting stuff already. APL sortof has a benefit in this because they delegate significantly. They follow the assembly line approach of giving many users very little power. There are a few dozen users who have access to handle reported torrents (they're not staff though, won't find them on staff.php).
