What information do you need that could only be discovered with some kind of leaked diagram you expect to be found on a devkit's hard drive, and not the official SDK, the hardware itself, any of the existing proof of concept emulators or the 360's compatibility layer that runs Xbox games? And what makes you think that a 15 year old HDD from some Average Joe's attic which has probably been wiped of any confidential data before it ever left a warehouse would contain it? It's not the holy fucking grail, there are dozens of devkits out there, some with intact and working hard drives. There are videos and blogs of people taking them apart and documenting them.

The reason you don't have a working Xbox emulator is, once again, because NOBODY CARES. If the platform had dozens of exclusives that haven't been ported to anything since then, I guarantee there would be an emulator already even without any documentation of the hardware. I can't pay the developers or microsoft for the game. I can't pay microsoft for the hardware. I can buy it from someone, so nothing goes to anyone at all related to the production and development of the hardware and software, but I won't be able to forever.
As I see it, if I own a disk that once held "Dead or alive: Xtreem beach volleyball", a game only ever released for the xbox, and it's become unreadable because of disk rot, but I backed it up to an ISO, then I use a modchip to load the ISO onto my xbox, but my xbox's CMOS is fucked and so are a bunch of its BGA chips, then I would appreciate the option to use a piece of software so I can instead run that ISO on another general purpose piece of hardware I own.

The fact that it took me several minutes of googling to figure out what the fuck that even means is probably more useful. Let me guess, the fact that it took them 20 years has nothing at all to do with it being an obscure project that less than a dozen people care about.

The only references I could find to the "Oman archive" are all posts from 4chan largely espousing the same story about some guy going to jail over a set of NDA'd documents, with the guy himself responding to it saying how it's bullshit. Which I'm guessing is also how you heard about it. Given the benefit of the doubt, let's just assume that all of it is true and the N64 emulation community had access to leaked documents from the start. To quote from that thread:

Given that basically every 8 bit console had a stock standard 8502 at its core, and are mostly so simple in design you could knock one out on a breadboard if you wanted, they where fucking easy to emulate.
Go to the n64, well, a completely custom graphics system, guess what still hasn't been emulated properly even with documentation.

The thing you hope to find is complete documentation on how the GPU works, because nobody can be assed to actually figure it out. And you're upset because you THINK it maybe "could have potentially" been there, and people haven't already found it on any of the 49 other machines. It's entirely possible to reverse engineer the hardware without any documentation, given enough time and effort. It's not a black box made of magic and alien technology.
