Let's say I'm not part of any private trackers and have checked all public ones for a particular file. I am willing to purchase a copy and burn it for distribution, but I'm not sure I could just seed it forever on my own.

Are there any places I could donate a file to someone who keeps a library of stuff like this after I'm done burning it from disc? I don't mind spending the money, it's a minor thing compared to the value I've gotten and I'm sort of an idealistic fellow.

The file in question is an animated film that isn't really owned by anyone now, atleast without legal deliberation, not terribly high quality or something most people would be interested though.
