Thanks anon. It's pretty great. I Got it on AliExpress for $25. It had a smooth coating that came off pretty fast, but it's still pretty comfy, and it looks great. May have to polish it a little bit later, but it's a pretty nice solid piece of wood.

I had a Grifiti one a while ago, still have it somewhere in a cabinet, and I think I like the wood more. It helps to keep your hand straight which is kinda the point of a wrist rest, feels pretty nice and should last longer. That other foam one had a shitty cloth on the top that wasn't sewn in and it looks pretty bad after a while, but it is cheap.

It's a glass panel, no coating. Before I bought this monitor I purchased (and returned) an Asus and another Dell that I couldn't stand the matte finish on. It looked "dirty" and I was able to see it sparkling on white backgrounds, it gave me eye strain and they both went back after a week. Thankfully "semigloss" and light AG is a lot more common now than it was ~3 years ago for when I decide to upgrade. As for the pen, I have an Intuos Pro I just don't keep it on the desk, I grab it when I want to use it.

Thanks, it's actually a laminate kitchen countertop from IKEA. Very sturdy since it's supposed to be in a kitchen and cheap aswell. Quite heavy though so a leg in the middle to prevent sagging is recommended.

It's a MasterKeys Pro S with Vortex double-shot PBT keycaps. It's not 60% though, that's TKL. If you want a cheap 60% with arrow keys you could look into a Magicforce, but usually all 60% keyboards have arrow keys and the function row available as a separate layer or something like it.

Yeah, I like having orange-ish light behind the monitors at night, it's much easier on my eyes. Brought the tree out for the holidays too.

Cable management isn't amazing for sure, though everything around that power strip is hidden by the monitors from regular angles (when I'm at my desk or standing in the room), the camera was on a lowered tripod, it would catch too much light from behind the screens otherwise. The DAC part is kind of messy, but this thing was designed with cables coming out from both sides, so I'm kind of stuck with it unless I mount it on the back of the desk or something and that's not something I really want to do since I need access to its source selection switch.

where can I buy a decent monitor for a decent price? new or used, doesn't matter.

I've tried Craigslist to buy some secondhand ones, but most are either "lol testing waters" or sold
