Or make your own, that's what i did.

Change your background. Nothing is gonna mesh well with that shit.
Delete the clock, it's ugly and you already have one on the notification bar.
Use your apps drawer, no reason to have fucking discord on your home screen, and all those other apps. You only need 6-9 max on your home screen.
Find an icon pack that matches your new background and is compatible with every app on your home screen
