The only way you can get warned for uploading is if you fuck up and don't follow the rules with a bunch of consecutive uploads.
I've fucked up before and nothing happened, i've only seen one idiot get warned cause he uploaded a ton of shit like 1 or 2 days and didn't follow the rules regarding dupes and other stuff.

is hilariously easy to get into and survive, has no real organization standards or quality control, there's a lot of dead torrents and duplicates. Users on MAM are a kind of pushy friendly that seems similar to mormons or elementary school.
Bib is relatively hard to get into, everything is much more organized, but it's also harder to survive on.
If you're looking for random books or books on specific topics MAM will casually satisfy them, but they wont have everything and probably wont have every obscure book, regardless of topic. If you're looking for college textbooks, try http://gen.lib.rus.ec/.
