I would say that in general I prefer GGn once I had enough buffer to not worry about the moderate seeding difficulty I noticed when I first joined. Their shit is better organized and the kind of stuff I tend to look for is often uploaded there first.

BCG is good as a backup though, and I use both fairly frequently.
