CG/TVV do not officially recruit. They seem to dislike that whole forum process and prefer that their people use their invites or the staff does it via IRC. You have to find an invite offer thread, which is common on private trackers, or go to their IRC. Being /pure/ is not a big deal on CG or TVV since their staff doesn't really care where you come from as long as you don't break the rules. If you want to be /pure/, go to the CG IRC, get an invite there from a staff member with ratio proofs and then use the CG forums to get a TVV invite since they are run by the same people.
