Wendel and Qain together can probably make some really good very technical videos. I really like the way Wendell handles making good content and since he's as smart as he is I'd just really like to learn very advanced stuff from him.

I have nothing else to say but to copy paste my previous words:

Wendell and Qain can afford to lose money. One has his own business and probably one of the brightest minds i know in a person on YouTube, which would constitute a population of about 0.000001% on the site.
Qain is a meme, but also has skills and intelligence for all the self-sufficiency he wants.
The only problem about Wendell is that he is too good of a person. However the good thing is that setbacks can't harm him, they can only make him stronger from experience, because he's the kind of guy who learns and adjusts.
Logan is a stepping stone, a lesson in tempering Wendell's people skills.

Logan and the Tranny however...
The only way they can get anywhere in life is by deceiving and petty scheming.
One is a mentally unstable gaymer idiot who will be stuck in the teenage faze for the rest of "her" life, who doesn't have any tangible life skills and only knows gayming; while the other is the mental equivalent of a chicken who only knows how to peck for bits and pieces on the ground left by others. A vanity farm who finally had the fallout with Wendell we all expected on account of his inferiority complex.
I'm sure Logan could have gotten educated if he ever wanted, but he is just a lazy and trashy baboon who doesn't have the willpower for honest work. Even YouTube, his only success in life, is now trashed, and by his own hands.

I'm hoping Wendell and Qain get their own channel going. It would be an improvement because we'd get a more diverse topic range with Wendell and Qain. And we'd get a more diverse topic range because there is no Logan who is only mentally capable of talking about a few select topics and reiterating them over and over again.

To me, it just seems like they were looking for an excuse to put $8000 worth of free CPUs to use in the most retarded way possible. I'd use those CPUs as the primary encoding station to speed up the turnaround time of taking editing raw footages while encoding another finished video. 2) The video from the cameras gets transcoded to Cineform and uploaded to their file server.
3) The editors pulls the video from the file server, edits it and exports as Cineform to their encoding server.
4) The encoding server takes the Cineform file and transcodes it into H.264.
5) The video gets uploaded to YouTube.

So it doesn't get encoded that many times, and they do it in order to minimize the amount of time their editing computers are locked up with encoding.
