I'll drop some more input about the Bluetooth receiver since I've been using it for 3 weeks already.

Sound quality is OK but may sound a bit distorted on high pitched notes.

About the battery life, it won't last 8 hours like advertised, more like 5-6 at much.

It also failed a couple of times pairing with my phone.

It has some flaws but overall I recommend it since stills miles better than burning CDs.

Just arrived at my mom's house where I've been ordering a bunch of chink-shit to, mostly in prep' for a long Pan American motrocycle trip:

- 8gb monkey card = works... waiting on a couple 64gb sharks
- Xiaomi 10000mah bank = build is pretty nice, but seems to have a mind of its own flashing randomly, and didn't seem to want to charge fully connected to my Macbook (but did on a wall charger)
- pickup (ignition timing) coil for a motorbike (untested, spare), and a carburetor rebuild kit that looks good and cost a fraction what they could elsewhere
- iPhone PU case: looks good, but not up to the Belkin cases I've used in the past (but then it was 1/20th the price)
- leather flip wallet case for a ChinkPhone, looks very nice for the price (LingMao brand with magnetic latch, would recommend if you want a flip case)
- motorcycle disc-brake lock - http://www.gearbest.com/other-motorcycle-accessories/pp_287887.html - ULTRA impressed with this for the money, build is very solid, works very well (alarm is ear piercing, but doesn't seem too sensitive), and besides the included batteries which work they gave me a whole spare set (6 coin batteries) and a nice carry case extra outside of the packaging... unfortunately sold out on GearBest so I can't do a review.
- Foam-front/mesh MAGA hat. Design/build of the hat is really nice for a Chinese knockoff (nicer than the real hats), although it's a really hard look to pull off, even as hipster kitsch.
- ALOCS alcohol stove - http://www.gearbest.com/camping/pp_64931.html - looks really nice for the price. Only have iso alcohol in the house to test it out now, but with methyl it should be a champ with minimal weight and hassle.

I think most phones are around f/2.2

Having a zoom lens is generally a disadvantage.
Especially zoom lenses that go from wide angle to telephoto.
They have smaller apertures, and the optical formula is always a compromise to cover the zoom range.

Pentax k-50, just look up some videos on youtube. You can find one for <$300 burgerbucks with a stock lens. Then get a nice 50mm 1.7/1.8 lens to go with it.

I have that cigarette/USB socket thing on my bike. I'm in the UK where we've had the wettest summer I can remember and it's not batted an eyelid. Feels a bit flimsy so be careful when inserting/removing plugs.

You should splice it into your ignition circuit rather than connecting it directly to the battery because I suspect it will drain it otherwise.

i never had a projector, so i cant really compare it to more expensive ones. you need absolute darkness, its not really bright, so only watchable during night which is ok for me. the fan is loud-ish, but i dont really mind, there is a video on youtube how to lower the fan rpm with a potentiometer. i will do it later maybe. the corners are blurred, resolution is 800x480 which may be low for you. you can see the pixels.

overall i am satisfied. for the price its really good. i wouldnt even buy a projector because i would not want pay couple of hundreds even for a low end budget projector. i ordered it just like "why not" wasnt expecting too much, but it surpised me.

I'm using this for what it was designed to do: to access the SD card over wifi (external storage for an iPhone primarily). Seems it also works as a wifi repeater, which I can see using some when traveling (hotel rooms with poor wifi reception).

Is there any decent (not action) chink cameras? There's only a section for action cameras on the wiki, same on gearbest, so I assume if there is any it's probably pretty limited. I looked up "DSLR" on aliexpress, but everything was still pretty expensive. Okay i just got my first parcel for the week.

Starting off on the bit more boring side is a ROCK Phone holder.

The coiling part is really stiff but when fully extended naturally includes a bit of wobble.

It easily clamps onto my desk and i can also position my phone above my monitor. Or under my monitor. Wherever i want really.

IMO I prefer nikon to canon but there is also the canon equivalent. And for really close up stuff I would get some nikon extension tunes of febay with electrical passthrough.

Fake raybans that were posted here a week or two ago arrived and looked very official, only noticeable issue is if you look very closely at the rayban logo on the side the lettering is not very good quality but you really have to look hard, they look great though and for $9 they are cheap as shit.
The temperature gun works great got for $4 on Aliexpress but it's gone up to $7 now.
Got my first shark too 64gb not sure what to put it in yet but I know I'll have some use for it.
Got the sd card case off eBay for $2 but it's really shit quality very flimsy would not recommend getting one spend more and find a better one.
And finally a Bluetooth FM transmitter for the car with dual 2.1A usb outs. Haven't tested this yet but should be good and was only $6ish
