I used the watch directory, and they are all seeding in the client successfully. However, rutorrent is keeping the torrent files in the watch directory, and if I remove them, the torrents pause.

I never understood that craze anyways. If I want something, I buy it. Also from a security point of view, torrents are absolute cancer. So someone creates a torrent for a trojan and calls it a game/video/whatever, people download and run it. Likewise they could bundle malware in with a legit program and upload it, or unintentionally upload an infected program. Wouldn't be surprised 40% of the seeded data is already compromised.
