Fucked around with weights in my room as a teenager from 15-17. Then did SL 5x5 from 17 to 18.5 with shit technique and diet so I injured pretty much everything you could injure. Moved out and did more SL 5x5 at 18.5 to 19, LP stopped so I did 531 upon a friends recommendation and discovered lifting heavy weights very few times was nice. 19.5yrs I worked a 12h 7day/week job over the summer with shit diet so I lost all gains. Rebuilt by 20. Injured my knees and then did 531 for everything except squats. Knees recover by like March and start doing LP for them with 531 everything else while training cardio for an obstacle course in late april. Switch to Texas Method sometime around May. Starting to stall on everything but the squat.

That unexpectedly turned into a blog. I thought typing out my complete lifting story would let me vent my frustration over being so weak but really I just feel like shit now. Nobody has ever had this shit progress, and nobody should stall under 1/2/3/4 after doing Novice LP and Texas method.

I've been eating 3k calories since I started Texas method. Maybe naturally high metabolism is real and not a meme as I was told. Most calculators say I should be well enough off with 3k for a bulk to 74kg.

According to this, a 300kg clean correlates to a 387kg squat. Probably demands a fair amount more to get the jerk. Hossein Rezazadeh got 263kg c+j with 305kg squat for a double. Maybe not impossible but it'll be a long time before anyone gets to that point
