Im 6'3 i can just barley do clean pull ups. I can only do seated OHP.. works fine for me.. no leg drive = greater raw strength.

Swiss bar and no its not its to wide to properly press from under chin over head. Tho its great for tris close grip bench and and BB rows i also put it on top of the rack for neutral grip pull ups.

Home Gym: Ghetto Mode

Cheapest half rack, cheapest bench I could buy that squeaks, 15lb barbell (short version), EZ, dumbbells, 250lb worth of weight.

Have to go to a real gym now since I don't have enough weight.

nah they're foam, but they fit pretty tight so you can put 2.5 and 5lb 2inch weights on pretty easy.
