Everyone was too fat to make a new thread edition.

Last thread at 320: >>40679301

Who is /fat/ for? Fat members of /fit/ who want to learn how to eat right, lift weights, and lose fat. Here we ask others for advice and give moral support to one another. We all know how hard it first is and we all have to get through it to better ourselves. At the end of the day this is a support general whose goal is to help and motivate the chubby channers who need it.

You should try to completely reeducate yourself, make it a lifestyle.

Please help;
I am always hungry. I eat shit in large quantities and it obviously had effects on me.
>5'11, 270 lbs
I used to be around 220 for 6 years, but I played football (american) and that kept weight off. I don't drink pop, juice, or coffee. I have night class from 6:30 to 9:30, so I find myself getting hungry as fuck afterwards.

Any tips for filling foods that I can switch my diet to? I'm not poor, so money is not an issue. I do cardio during the summer when I'm home (I love riding my bike) but the workout facility at school is shite.

Is this true?
>>
Why is it that when the general population thinks of "obese people" they always think of massive landwhales who can barely walk on their own? Seems like dangerous mindset to be honest. You really don't have to be THAT overweight or look that fat to be considered obese.

38 jeans is usually obese, yet 36 jeans is the standard for America.

I think feeding the ideas that these mammoths who are a step above even MORBID obesity are what the standard "obese" people look like is a dangerous mindset to be in because it makes people think that as long as they're not THAT big, it's okay to be an unhealthy weight.

This seems like a retarded question but /fit/ and the sticky seem kind of contradictory on this subject. How much does a daily calorie intake matter compared to a weekly one? Say somebody is on a cut with a weekly goal of 2000cals per day, so 14000kcal for the week. If they eat 1.5kcal every weekday and 3.25kcal saturday and sunday. does this really count as a cut?

Yeah, that's fine. Whatever gets you through it. Just make sure you weigh yourself every morning cause if you only do it after the weekend it will be higher than your average.
>>
>>40704130
It's calories in vs calories out. Overtime you will still lose weight because you're losing a lot more fat on those weekdays than you're gaining on the weekend.

However, I'll tell you that's a poor strategy, you should aim for maintainable daily stuff. Don't change your eating habits on any specific day, it will just ruin your progress.

Pretty good here, had to snack because I went to the gym and my gf isn't home until 7h30 and I was getting hungry. I still have plenty of calories left for some oven baked sweet potato fries and a home-made big mac. Also weighted myself today, broke 260 and am at 258.

Good snacks are hard to come by, I wanted to buy some post work-out 38g protein yogurt shake only to be met with a nice 400 cals on the label. Had to settle with a mini sack of shitty cheese. Wasn't even good and had 160 cals and ins. fat. I'm caught in a blizzard so just sipping some black coffee to pass the time while reading you guys.

Imagine a condom filed with water to the size of a balloon. Now cut out a condom sized cut from that and stitch it together with horrible scarring. Now try fill THAT to the size of a balloon.
Your skin will only stretch so far, and when they cut all the loose skin off, what's left is still going to be stretched and thin, so to stretch it further will leave you looking like a burn victim.
>>
>>40702649
I thought the same thing when I was at dat dere peak performance 35% bodyfat. When I started cutting I was convinced that I had lost all my gains

Then as I started getting leaner (headed for 10%, at roughly 20% bodyfat now) and the definition of my muscles started to peak out from underneath the fat I realized that I was actually LARGER than I thought I was (so much shit I thought was just fat was actually hard muscle)

If you're actually big getting lean will just make you look bigger. Temporarily you'll deflate because you'll probably have to cut carbs to lower calories, so you'll have less glycogen and water making your muscles swell up, but you can get that volume back in like, an afternoon of carbing up.

Remember that ottermode is what most girls consider ripped, so getting leaner is almost always a strict improvement

I've said it before, and I hold this to be true because I get more pussy than my muscular and skinny friends:

It's not the fat body that is disgusting, it's the fat mentality. Always tired, always complaining, giving up before starting, insecure but yet loud at the same time, never finishing what you start, etc. As long as you aren't a blob, you should be fine for qt gfs.

You guys don't understand that yes, girls are harsher when it comes to judging bodies, but physique is less important to them than it is to us. Isn't the dad bod popular? The mom bod, not so much.

Never substract calories burned.

You're fat, you've got reserves...and it's too easy to say that you earned the right to eat a whole pizza because you cycled 1h30. Also no, it's not accurate at all.
>>
>>40702968
My total lean mass is 204 lbs, fuck my life.
>>
>>40703063
>running is apparently less calories burned, but then again at 24km/h you never know.

Cycling is considerably more energy efficient than running so I'm doubtful too that the same time spent running would spend less calories. Especially for a fatty, getting to sit down and pedal versus having to support their weight while running should result in overwhelmingly more calories spent per minute in running. But for the same reason that same fatty probably couldn't actually run for 90 minutes straight.

Cycling is a pretty knee-friendly cardio activity so I think it's probably pretty good for those at 250lbs or more.
>>
>>40704765
>>40704734

Nurse won't say anything until you reach healthy weight, but she's proud of your progress. They are trained to not make you feel adequate while still overweight.
>>
>>40704893
Of course, that's why I said I doubted it. Running should always burn more calories than cycling, but if the running is slow and the cycling is crazy fast, I suppose it can get close.

I wasn't really fishing for compliments, but it would have been nice to have some acknowledgement.
My family never said anything when I put on the weight, or when I lost a chunk of it.
I know they don't have ill intentions, but I need to know it has some kind of gravity.

My next milestone is actually a BMI of 24.9. About 10lbs to go.

Nurses must keep a professional poker face at all times. They might not want to make any comments that could possible be taken the wrong way even if it seems ostensibly positive. After all, praising someone for losing weight also expresses the opinion that being fat is bad.

>>
>>40702201
I wholey believe this is the first step to successfully losing weight. If you can have enough self control to ignore that very peristent urge for soda (Some of us more addicted than others) then you can stick to the gym, and stick to a good diet overall.

I switched to water (i used fruit to flavor it for a few days until I was used to it) and i've only drank water and homebrewed tea (I mostly mix it with my protein shakes which is yummy)
>>
>>40705063
>phone camera filename
That had better not be you with that qt, you fat fuck

In answer to your question, if it's been two months and no weight change from 330 pounds there is most definitely something wrong, you should be losing way more weight than any possible muscle gain and water retention. Eat less, move more, and either double check your calorie intake or go to a hospital. Hint: it's your calorie intake
>>
>>40705075
Scooby's calculator has it at 2071, so I've been aiming for around 1500 calories a day. I alternate lifting and light cardio (slow 5k) every day, if that matters.
>>
>>40705077

Well it was obviously not on the fasting day of course, on the fasting day I dont eat more than 600 calories.

Studies have shown that you dont eat more than 120% on your feast day of what your normal intake was that means you are still in negative kaloric intake.

I do couch to 5k and Phraks Greyskull LP, while alternate day fasting, all started on the 6. of this month.

Lost 2.9 KG so far.

Only diet that works for me
>>
>>40705115

>>
>>40702369
Drink more water and eat more protein and less carbs and sugar. Try bringing a protein shake to your class or if you're allowed, a healthy snack to tie you over (Celery, apple slices, or a serving of pretzel sticks all go well with peanutbutter or almond butter.

What does your normal diet look like?

I woke up late so mine's empty right now. Gonna have some mini egg omelets I made sunday with some fruit and yogurt for my breakfast meal though, then work on cleaning up. Lunch is either a salad or a homemade instant-ramen (I can tell you how to make these if interested), i gotta check what's for dinner tonight to see what i'll have (some dinners are higher calorie than others so I adjust my lunches according to that).

I do meal prep so it makes it super easy to eat well.

>>40702479
600 calories isn't enough for even a 5'1 female dude, you need to eat more or you're going to plateau quick or start binging.
>>
>>40705129
My macros are 40% protein / 35% carbs / 25% fat, is that acceptable? That sits me at 56g of fat a day.
>>
>>40705050
They absolutely do believe that but they won't say it out loud except when giving official medical advice related to a patient's treatment, I think.
Otherwise someone might argue that they're being made to feel bad by the comments that aren't related to the treatment at hand and sue them. Doctors and nurses get sued over the smallest things by angry patients and family all the time so I believe they are pretty over-careful about what they say.
>>
>>40702525
This is true and it's not even looks it is personality which helps you look not as gross (I mean ever see a hot chick who ends up looking at least 20% uglier because she's unnecessarily bitchy or does something unfathomably stupid?)

I only do one rest day myself and that's mostly because it's meal prep day (So I'm on my feet for 3-5 hours cooking for the whole week). It also comes the day after my zumba class which is the most intense cardio session I have of the week (I do everything else at home) and the girl who runs it adds weights and tons of squats and core moves. I couldn't walk all day after last saturday but I hit 8,000 steps just in that one hour class. (Even with me needing to adjust some moves to be lower impact. I can't jump, i have fallen arches that i'm doing exercises to fix but it's going to take time. So instead of exacerbating it with jumping, some of the moves I march in place, very high knees. As long as you're still moving it's okay to adjust it to work for you (That's the great thing about dancing for cardio is as long as you're getting the rhythm right you're going to still have an intense workout. just don't be a complete lazy shit and just stop moving if there's a move you don't want to do or can't figure out.).

Sometimes I can't follow the foot moves, especially later in the class when the instructor still has all of her energy and everyone else is dying, so I just make up my own as long as it matches the beat she's following and can transition into the next steps she sets.

What keeps me going is knowing one day I'll be able to follow the dance, jumps included. It's just gonna take time and the more weight I lose, the easier on my feet it's gonna be.

I'm mostly just posting this so people trying zumba for cardio will feel a little more confident doing it since it can be hard to jump into (zumba is pretty intense dance fitness compared to usual dance fitness classes which are way easier to do steps.)

Threadly reminder /fat/, you're all gonna make it brah's.

Former morbidlyobesefuck here, I weighed in at 242lbs, and now I'm down to 139lbs. Need to shed a little more before I'm happy, but I'm getting there. I'm 20 and 5'10 for anyone who gives a shit.

Also wanna ask; What does /fat/ think of purging and fasting? Both worked very well for me, and I'm a firm believer that as long as you control yourself and don't cave under the temptation to binge eat, it can be one of the most useful weightloss techniques.

>Recent recommendations that limits to dietary cholesterol be dropped were probably heavily influenced by propaganda from the egg industry. After conviction for false advertising, the industry has spent hundreds of millions of dollars to convince the public, physicians, and policy makers that dietary cholesterol and egg yolk are harmless. However, there are good reasons for longstanding recommendations that dietary cholesterol be limited to <200 mg/ day in persons at risk of vascular disease. It is seldom understood that this essentially means all people in developed countries who expect to attain an advanced age. There is abundant evidence that dietary cholesterol increases cardiovascular risk. The misdirection of the egg industry focuses on fasting levels of LDL cholesterol, which are only raised by ~ 10% by consumption of egg yolks. However, the main effect of diet is on the post-prandial state: for ~ 4 hours after a high fat/high cholesterol meal, there is oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction, and arterial inflammation. One large (65 g) egg yolk contains 237 mg of cholesterol, well above the recommended limit—nearly as much as a 12-ounce hamburger. Besides the very high cholesterol content of egg yolk, the phosphatidylcholine in egg yolk leads, via action of the intestinal microbiome, to production of trimethylamine n-oxide (TMAO), which causes atherosclerosis in animal models. Levels of TMAO in the top quartile after a test dose of two egg yolks were associated with a 2.5-fold increase in the 3-year risk of stroke, death, or myocardial infarction among patients referred for coronary angiography. Persons at risk of cardiovascular disease should limit their intake of cholesterol and egg yolk.

Probably depressed metabolisms. Most people don't know about reverse dieting, so they end their cut, jump back up to bulking (or even just maintenance) calories, and gain all the weight back because their actual TDEE is lowered because they've been on restricted calories for so long

My TDEE is 2800 too, but I know my actual metabolism is somewhere down at 2200 because I'm eating 1700 right now and I'm losing a pound a week like I'm in a 500cal deficit

Back when I was first losing weight, I used it as an incentive to control myself. The attitude I had was "If you don't overeat, and you fast properly, you won't have to purge"

I eventually got to the point of fasting most of the time and purging on my days when I ate over 700 calories.

Caused me damage short term, but pretty happy that I'm no longer out of breath when walking up stairs.

Though they probably don't cause heart disease, egg whites are extremely high in methionine, the overconsumption of which can facilitate cancer growth: https://nutritiondata.self.com/foods-000084000000000000000.html

Here are some videos on eggs, though they focus on egg yolks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZPulhmNEDs&list=PL5TLzNi5fYd9lgvt0-8Oi9BIQ-jO2PBD3&index=6

I personally don't eat eggs at all. They benefits (basically they're cheap) don't outweigh the negatives for me. I switched from eating two eggs for breakfast to a bowl of oatmeal which lowers cholesterol. Oatmeal is pretty cheap too.
>>
>>40706727
But isn't cholesterol not as a big deal with the cardiovascular system and more for the releasing of hormones
>>
>>40706784
The fact that he even mentioned cholesterol in a conversation about eggs proves you shouldn't listen to him at all.
>>
>>40706784
Cholesterol in your blood is directly related to the plaque in your arteries. You want your LDL to be between 50 to 70.

>There is a positive linear relation between LDL cholesterol and annual changes in plaque size, with an LDL value of 75 mg/dL predicting, on average, no plaque progression.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14623804

Some scientists consider the relation to dietary (eaten) cholesterol to not directly affect your blood cholesterol levels. Many studies show there is a link:

>Serum cholesterol concentration is clearly increased by added dietary cholesterol.
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/55/6/1060

There are other concerns surrounding dietary cholesterol too:

>The strong association between cholesterol intake and cirrhosis or liver cancer is potentially our study's most important finding.
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/hep.22941/full

http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/early/2016/01/06/ajcn.115.119933
This study from 2016 showed eating even one egg a week increased the odds of Type 2 Diabetes by 76% compared to <1 egg a week.

And if you are wondering why so many people jump in to say I'm wrong, it's because people love hearing good news about their bad habits. If I told you eating butter, red meat, and eggs was actually okay and there's no risk of getting diabetes or heart disease from it, wouldn't you love to hear that? Wouldn't you want it to be true and even try to prove it to yourself?

>Atherosclerosis is easily produced experimentally in herbivores (monkeys, rabbits) by giving them diets containing large quantities of cholesterol (egg yolks) or saturated fat (animal fat). Indeed, atherosclerosis is one of the easiest diseases to produce experimentally

5'11" king of manlets, eating 1500 calories, 180g protein, the rest of calories an even mix of fat and carb.

I don't know what to do at this point. i started a diet, it's the first that's really stuck, I'm just doing a high protein thing, 500 calorie deficit. I lost 5 pounds, down to 200 real quick, less than a month. Now I've been stuck at 200 for like six weeks, going up or down maybe a pound a week, always returning. It's driving me insane.

I've done all sorts of things to break it. I've tried intermittent fasting. One day I ate literally nothing, I somehow gained .4 pounds in defiance of the laws of physics. I've tried adding cardio. Nothing is working.

what's the secret to breaking the plateau? why am I plateauing only 1 month in?

This might not be the right thread, but fuck it

I've been losing weight recently, about 2 pounds a week. Due to my family structure, i.e. they're all overweight or borderline obese, it was hard for me to manage it but I did. They've all noticed and keep asking me how. I always tell them the basics, eat better, eat less, exercise, etc but none of them will actually do it. Meanwhile they call me skinny just because I took some control of my life. What can I do to convince them do just do it? I'm concerned for them and it makes me angry that they won't try.

good job planning ahead!
some more things that help me.
don't forget alcohol free stuff has even less cals. alcohol itself is relatively high in calories with 7 calories per gram, second only to fat, which provides 9 calories of energy per gram.
i have found a alc free wheat beer i like a lot with only 25cal/100ml which is ok.

white wine or champagne is better than other wines as long they are not too sweet.
if you still want to get drunk then pick gin, rum, vodka, whisky, tequila, brandy or cognac they all come in at around 60-70 calories, get them on the rocks as the ice is 0 instead some sugar mix/soda.

also prepare a meal for later when you come home! i big part for me is to avoid the drunken feeding frenzy / way home kebab. i also carry a small sack so i can avoid finger food. homemade turkey jerky is my choice.

well it is kind of true. fat has areas that it goes in primarily "problem zones" like butt, gutt but some part gets distributed uniformly like a 1 cm layer over your whole body. even bad areas that make no sense like fatty fingers that can barely grab anything. so your dick loses a few cm as its now a bit more hidden. so if you lose the fat layer you can see more. Beside that the better circulation of blood might help it swell up, also any dick will look smaller on a bigger body.

pic related imagine your dong need to go through 5 cm of your fat before it can see the sunlight

When I started with 115kg/254lb with second stage of obesity according to bmi, it was really easy to lose 2-3kg per week, but now, when I'm 183lb and my bmi is within normal standart, I struggle to lose weight despite calorie deficit, though I still have to lose 25lb to become skinny(now I look like skinnyfat). Decided to try IF this week, also trying to make 10k steps a day from the beginning.
One of biggest obstacles is my parent's concern about it, they always say they just don't want me to become anorexic, and thats why they try to feed me more than I need(ofc both are fat). It's so difficult to cut calories when there's always shitton of food in the house.

>I tell my mum

>>40711788

I had read something before, about how your brain has very limited "Good decisions" per week, and that taking good decisions get exhausting.

Like, you work on your diet all week only to get drunk on friday, eat a pizza, etc. You act on impulse because you ran out of "good decisions". You also begin to make easy decisions based on habit.

The reason you start monday fresh with good decisions is because you are relaxed and revigorated. Hobbies instead of work, and sleep instead of waking up early.

So instead of eating when you're stressed or tired, why don't you sleep? More gains, and more ability to make smart decisions.

Tell yourself that after dinner, nothing is allowed but maybe a scoop after work-out. Why would you need food and energy during the night? So you don't feel weak and sleepy...while sleeping?

Also buy your own food. Maybe your parents will see you are serious and feel bad about you spending your own money on food. Maybe the junk will diminish but don't count on it.

Have a journal. Write down days you felt proud about progress, and how you felt.

Write down days you cheated on your diet, and how you felt.

Next time you're hungry for shit food, take a tall glass of cold water and go read your journal.
>>
>>40705703
They're not inherently bad, but they keep you hooked to those sweet cravings and stop your palate from adjusting to healthier food. If you want to drink them, use them as a treat when you otherwise would have gone after something worse, like ice cream. Don't use them as your primary or even secondary beverage.

WIll taking iodine in the form of kelp tablets help lower my TSH and increase T4? I also feel cold all the time and have little energy, so maybe kelp would be the way to go?
>>
>>40711871
>I had read something before, about how your brain has very limited "Good decisions" per week

Yea, ego depletion. A major meta-analysis from 2010 was argued to be flawed in a newer meta-analysis from 2015. The ruckus reached its peak last year when a large sample size replication effort found absolutely nothing. The ego depletion theory is considered to be false now. There is probably no limit to willpower.

The field of psychology is in deep shit, you can hardly trust published results atm as a layman. Absolutely ignore any news stories about cool new psych studies as they're even more likely to be hyped up and inaccurate.

1 g is definitely meme territory for bulk muscle gain. If you are bulking (gaining weight) and gaining muscle, you want to shoot for 0.65-0.75g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

If you are losing weight, you only need around 0.4g of protein per lb of ideal bodyweight.

Protein source is also very important.

>High animal protein intake was positively associated with cardiovascular mortality and high plant protein intake was inversely associated with all-cause and cardiovascular mortality, especially among individuals with at least 1 lifestyle risk factor. Substitution of plant protein for animal protein, especially that from processed red meat, was associated with lower mortality, suggesting the importance of protein source.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27479196

Beans, lentils, tofu, seeds, nuts, and grains are all good sources. They also lower your cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and protect you from getting heart disease or diabetes.

but don't eat only plant proteins as they are so called "incomplete protein" they don't have all of the 9 main ones. a mix of Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy and veggies is good.

also that study nice to shill vegan stuff but has little real life application the differences are just far far to small. the limitation are clear if you read the whole thing for example:

> "These associations were confined to participants with at least 1 unhealthy lifestyle factor based on smoking, heavy alcohol intake, overweight or obesity, and physical inactivity, but not evident among those without any of these risk factors."
>>
>>40712488
Doesn't the army use some super simple formula based on bmi and neck circumference or something like that? Even calipers' estimates are +-5%, which is about as good as eyeballing it. I think only DEXA scans give good accuracy if accuracy is what you need for whatever reason.

Am a small grill (5'3"), train 5 days a week (weights three times HIIT cardio twice) and eat like a bird (1.2k cal a day, but don't necessarily pay a lot of attention to macros/where those calories come from). Stuck around 130lb when my ideal is closer to 115-120lb.

How to lose that last stubborn 10lb of flab? Where do I go from here?
>>
>>40712805
>they don't have all of the 9 main ones.
That's actually a myth, but let me clarify. All plants contain all amino acids, but in different proportions. You will get all the amino acids from any plant, but not always in the proportion you need. As long as you are eating a varied diet this won't matter. For protein powders, either get a protein from a plant you rarely eat, or get a blend like TrueNutrition's plant blends.

Soybeans and quinoa are the exception. They contain a complete set of amino acids (like all other plants) and they are in proper proportion. And again, as long as you aren't eating rice, only rice, and literally only rice, you won't have a problem getting amino acids from plants. I don't think there's ever been a case of someone deficient in a single amino acid on a vegan diet aside from absorption or genetic issues.

>the limitation are clear if you read the whole thing for example

Red meats are found in other studies to be associated with CVD. The association is pretty well documented.

My diet at the moment is very carb-heavy and this is probably where I'm going wrong.

> loss per week

I'm not completely sure because I fluctuated a lot and it was stop and start, all I can say is it was slow going. Lost 8kg/18lb over a long period of time, regained slightly and now I'm where I'm at.

Want to get smaller still, just trying to figure out what I can tweak because dropping down to 1k cal or less for a long period is just begging for metabolic damage and I'm already working out 5 times a week and don't think I can increase gym time.

So my options are scrutinizing my diet or changing my workout plan. For my weights routine I did starting strength for the longest time but some of my /fit/ friends made me change to greyskull recently (only been doing this for a few weeks, getting used to it).

Track your macros try to get .7 to 1gram of protons per 1lbs of body fat.

So far the only place I have "rolls" of skin is in my ass and I'm ok with that. But when I'm sitting down there are some on my belly even though it's ok when I'm standing up or lying down.

At the moment I'm sitting at 16-18% body fat. Will this get any worse if I lose more bf? Should I slow down or stop my weight loss for some time to allow my skin to shrink?

Also, today was the day I officially lost 30kgs. I should be feeling great but I'm kind of sick.

I just want to give a small piece of advice to people who are eating very low kcal to lose weight.

I am 5ft and lost 66lbs and I always eat around 1600 to 2000kcal. It is pretty high in kcal but I am still losing weight because I do a lot of weight lfiting and fitness.Sometimes I read here that people start with eating 1200kcal but I have to be honest, with my 5ft frame I would be starving. You didn't get fat because you ate above those 1200kcal but because you ate thousands of kcals worth of junkfood. I recommend people who want to lose a lot of weight to eat a bit more than 1200kcal. It is much better for your body but also mental. I tired a 1400kcal cut but I only got a lot of binges, I eat around 2000kcal now and I am losing weight (I do eat a lot of veggies, protein from fish and chicken, nuts, eggs etcetera) without feeling starved and without restrictions. Losing weight will be easier this way and better for long term goals. Just start with 2000kcal, if you don't notice weight loss, decrease it little by little but never just start eating 1200kcal.

Another great piece of advice is doing HIIT (if your knees can handle it, I am not sure if very obese people can do this) on the threadmill at least once every two days (I used to do it five times a week). Especially in combination with weightlifting. The combination of HIIT and weightlifting will make you drop A LOT OF FAT but because you do wieghtlifting you will not lose a lot of muscle, you will gain a lot of muscle while losing fat. The best part of HIIT is you see immediate results after one week even. It is just that good. It is a lot more effective than 60 minutes of crosstrainer.

What I do is:
20 min of HIIT on the threadmill
5 minutes cooling down
So 25 minutes in total.
YOU WILL DIE IN THESE 25 MINUTES. You will burn more kcal than 60 minutes on the fucking crosstainer.

What you have to do is:
Walk slowly for 30 seconds. Lets say on lv 3 but depends on your threadmill.
Run VERY FAST for 1 minute. And set the lv on 8 or 9 or just as high as you can without giving up.

NO INCLINE but you can do that if you have done HIIT for a while and need a new challenge

Anyway repeat this pattern:

Walk 30 sec
Run 1 minute
Walk 30 sec
Run 1 minute
Walk 30 sec
Run 1 minute
REPEAT

After 25 minutes you will be tired, dead, sweating and have burned a lot of kcal, plus you will continue burning kcal after going home too.

This is a very good fat burner, I saw immediate results and once I added weightlifting to my schedule I was mind blown, this combination is amazing and I suggest everyone to do this.
