You should google how quickly the edge of a needle degrades and blunts with each puncture. Reusing a needle is a surefire way to cause excess scar tissue.

okay so the answer is you're stupid, but at least you read it so that's fine

the range is there because it depends on personal choices/availability of pins. for drawing it doesn't really matter, you're just drawing shit from a vial. as long as you're above 18g you won't fuck up the stopper. larger means faster drawing, that's about it.

for injecting, anything within the range (and even smaller if you don't mind waiting like 4 minutes to fully inject one goddamn cc) is fine. larger means more "painful" but faster injections, vice versa for smaller. that's also where availability comes into play, depending on where you order, you might not be able to get anything smaller than 23g at 1.5" length. 25g is imo perfect, at 23g you have to control yourself and not inject too fast because the pin will let you, and that's how you end up with a hydraulic water cutter. if you're a pussy scared of needles and the pain, consider going smaller (27-29g)

Even if you draw too much oil just press the plunger and inject the excess back into the vial. Anything larger than 21g (eg 18g) will chew up the rubber stopper. 21g is perfect imo, oil flows nice and quick and its not too damaging.

I use 23g 1 1/2" for drawing and 25g 1 1/2" for pinning.

If you have a 10ml vial then poking huge holes in it with a big needle several times can risk contamination from anything getting in after the top has been butt fucked by thick cock veiny needles. A 23g draws easy but it's relatively thin and a 25g is painless.

40/30/30 carbs, protien, fats is what i consider optimal but its not ideal for goals. 140-180 grams of protien is more than enough for most people but eat as much as you want so long as you workout enough to not waste it as expensive calories instead of acutal protien syntheses

Sprints for explosiveness, distance for endurance. That's what my coach had us doing for wrestling. Pace yourself and keep consistently faster on long distances then work on shit like 100/250 yd sprints.
