Trap accessory work [insert joke about accessorizing trappy here] shouldn't hinder any bench progress on Texas Method. Most of the stuff I can think of might hinder your deadlift by exhausting your grip though.

You also do OHP on Wednesday (light day, generally takes place on Wednesday) at a somewhat challenging but not actually hard weight. This will also strengthen your traps
